Hi all,
I would like to pick up a theme (don't mind paid) for a saas website. Basically need product/service feature sections, pricing tables, blog, mobile optimized/responsive. I really like the Kadence Digital Services theme, but I'm not a fan of the recurring yearly paid model. I don't think the free version is flexible enough as many features are locked down. I'm more interested in an unlocked theme for a fixed licensing cost (as sold on themeforest). I also think the blog section could use quite some enhancements (I also need a blog).
Anyone have any recommendations? Would prefer something which rates A's/+90% on mobile/desktop website speedtests.

I have not much experience. I have the7 theme and have 95-100 site speed on my 2 websites.
The best theme you can take for that reason is flatsome theme. (flatsometheme.net/latest-version)

Blocksy. They have a “review” theme.
I do WordPress Speed Optimization, a lot of good options but **GeneratePress** has been the fastest one and most light-weight!
You can make any theme faster, it is about how lean and fast the theme itself is even without optimization. And after installing caching, optimization of the site , it should be even faster!

Have ditched themes forever after bricks builder with all sites scoring 90-100 and yet having flexibility of a page builder is awesome
