Specifically, I want a plugin that allows a user to upload 3 images, and then vote on their favorite image of a batch of 3 that someone else has uploaded.
Ex: I upload 3 images, and then afterwards I am served 3 images that have been uploaded by someone else. I vote on my favorite of the three. I do this two more times, and then my images finish uploading.
Preferably there would be a timer of some kind (5 seconds?) So people don’t click through the images really fast.
Does anyone have any ideas?

There’s plenty of photo voting plug-in on codecayon but absolutely nothing is close to what you described you need to hire a developer
