Hi, I’m making a website for my brother’s business he is imagining a simple website where the main feature is customers filling out a Form with a bunch of options specifying what they want exactly, which gets sent to his email so he can respond to them with a quote or contact them for further discussions.
Trying to read which Plugin would be best for this I got way too many opinions so I didn’t get any closer to knowing which to use, it should very simple, free, and preferably just sends the forms to an email/PDF as opposed to being fancy and having its own hosted repository that may get hacked or just lost in the service ever shuts down.
Contact Form 7 is probably as simple as it gets and can do all those things you ask for.
