Hey everyone!
Wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on using WordPress to build and sell websites to small business owners. I have no experience with WordPress and do not know how to code, but I am good and sales and have convinced three small businesses to buy a website from me. Figured I’d give wordpress a shot to build some really strong websites. Plus I found DreamHost where I could do this unlimited times for only $9/month plus the cost of domain for each. Seemed great.

I signed up for DreamHost Unlimited and opened it up thinking I could just choose a theme and get to editing the theme to my liking as I have done on squarespace and wix many times before. Turns out you can’t exactly do that lol. I was very overwhelmed trying to figure out how to build that site and i didnt get very far at all.

Anyone have any resources that could help get me started? The goal would be to figure out how to use WordPress the best so that I can hop on, crank out a site for a business owner and sell it to them. It could be literally the exact same site just with the headings and content tweaked.
