I’m using avada with my own theme design as a realtor. I want to add nice clean real estate listings. It’ll probably be about five at a time so not a ton to maintain. I don’t want to install a new theme, don’t need search or any of that, just want to have a professional looking page for listings.
What would be the easiest way for me to do this? I’m not the best but maybe just design a listing template page and use it over and over?

Advanced custom fields and create a template for the listings.
I would do them as blog posts.
You can create a custom (Avada) layout for posts so when you create posts there’s a consistent design/look to them.
I just started using Avada exclusively about a year ago and I’m really digging it.
If you’re using a modern block theme, then what you want to do is create an unsynced pattern for the listing and then you can basically select that and then fill in the details later.

There are real estate plugins you can use – both paid and free.
Create a custom post type for real estate listings using a plugin like Custom Post Type UI. Design a template for displaying these listings, using Avada’s shortcodes and classes for styling. Create a new page with this template, and add listings through the custom post type. This method allows for professional listings without installing a new theme or extensive customization.
