Best way to declare my photos free for non-commercial use?

Hi there!

This might be a dumb question, but I wasn’t able to find or think of a good solution, and idk where else to ask

All of the images on my WordPress are created or taken by me. I’d like to declare that my images are free to use for all non-commercial purposes.

Is there a license for photos that works that way? What would be the best way to inform any visitors of a license that affects pretty much all images on my site? Do I need to write it on every single image, or can I just make some kind of image policy page?
