‘Between Posts’ insertion is broken after recent update

there were no changes in the plugin in this regard. The insertion positions depend on your theme – where it calls WP action hooks:

Thanks for quick turn around. I’ve enabled the remote debugging and also enable the ad block #2 for you to reproduce the issue. I’m using Neve theme which I’ve updated today along with Ad Inserter.

This is where your theme calls the_post WP hook:

Maybe the theme changed layout/structure and you need to update insertion positions.
