Big mistake with email/wordpress… Anyone can explain how I can fix this?

[ad_1]

Hello!
I am a bit discouraged right now.
I created a [wordpress.com](http://wordpress.com) website and connected it to a domain I had with Go Daddy.
I changed the name servers for the wordpress one as explained by WordPress.

I realize now that it has deleted my previous configuration that allowed me to connect this domain to my email. (I use name@domainname).

Now I can’t connect to wordpress because it sends connection email to my email, which is down…

Is there a way to connect my domain to both my website and my email?

  1. Stop using WordPress.com.

You already have GoDaddy service just pay for hosting there and install WordPress CMS IN GoDaddy.

  2. Mx record controls what server your mail uses. And typically A records point to your site.

check your godaddy welcome emails for the Mx records or get in touch with their support and ask.

  3. So the biggest problem you are currently encountering is: unable to receive WordPress connection emails because the email is closed?

If so, you can only try to contact WordPress customer service and request to change to another email address to receive emails.

It is recommended to use wordpress as an open source program and purchase a server to install wordpress instead of creating it on [wordrpess.com](http://wordrpess.com)
