[DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id #wpa_initiator

The problem occurs in the Blocksy theme when you enter the site as a guest. The problem is with the modal login/registration window. There are two tabs (1. Login / 2. Register) on one page and both have a hidden field with the same ID.
