I'm really hoping that somebody here can confirm something for me… I use the VERY basic, free wordpress.com setup with a simple domain mapping to run a very niche website that I don't want to sink a bunch of money into. For reference… it is an underground Christmas music website found at christmasunderground.com. For years I've maintained a sidebar full of links, categorized by other Christmas music sites, podcasts, and bands… and this capability has just disappeared as of yesterday. Am I crazy? Is there another way to easily achieve this? Why have a "Links" tab where you can maintain a large collection of links, if there is no way to show/use them now?
Thanks in advance for your time. Sorry if this isn't a good spot to ask such a question… I do understand the difference between the product and the .com – but of course, as I pay them only for the domain… I'm not expecting them to respond to my ticket anytime soon (or at all).

We don’t support [WordPress.com](http://WordPress.com) here. That’s Automattic and you should submit your questions to them at their support site. It does look like they have a Blogroll block in beta so maybe you could use that? If you are saying they just host your domain then who hosts your website? There’s lots of blogroll solutions in the plugins area of .org as well.
Curious, is it this links manager you use: https://codex.wordpress.org/Links_Manager ?
