Blurry Image on Mobile

I’m using a png with dimension 3398\*1335. On Desktop image looks great but on mobile image is blurry. This is happening with normal size images as well such as 1200\*700. Google search suggested regenerating thumbnail, using hig res image but nothing is working.
I’m using Elementor with Astra Theme. Any suggestion to fix this.
