Using ACF metaboxes in Gutenberg after content creates a visual mess in the editor

[ad_1]

Hi, I have been using ACF for long in the Classic editor and have been quite happy with my metaboxes.

But now I must use the Gutenberg editor and ACF metaboxes under the content. I have many fields, so they must be split into columns. And this is a problem: the layouts are very broken, some borders are missing, columns are not displayed as they should. Total visual chaos, really mumbo-jumbo… The switch between “seemless” and “standard” doesn’t seem to do anything…

Issues with styling in Gutenberg are mentioned on their website, but it was for version 5.0.1.!

Haven’t they still fixed it or is it only me?

Do you know any way to achieve classic metabox styling in Gutenberg? It was so clear, user-friendly and elegant.

EDIT: to make it usable, I equalized column heights and am adding custom admin CSS to fix the mess.
