Hi .i am a beginner in wordpress. I have built a 1 page website for my e-learning company .The website is just a informational website about my company. I want to turn it into an e-learning platform where users can login and buy several course packages for different subjects . For example science package will have pdfs ,videos for each chapter. Now i dont have any knowledge about server or database. My total data would be around 15-20 gb. How should i proceed ?

The easiest would be EasyDigitalDownload plugin

You need a good host, too. Preferably nothing from EIG bunch (https://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/blog/web-hosting-guides/the-who-what-when-of-endurance-international-group-eig/). As you are beginner, use some managedWP host (WPEngine, Cloudways).
For full-blown LMS with membership, MemeberPress is probably easier than LeanrDash.
