Booking and payment systems – WordPress

Interested to hear from people in small, esp. solo, private practice who have a WordPress site and who have an established booking and payment system setup. What's your setup? What plugins have you opted for? I would be especially interested to hear from anyone whose system is GDPR compliant too!
