Our use case: We have a members only organization/community. There are different levels of membership. We want only our members to be able to book services, and we have different levels of members we want to restrict certain services to certain members levels.
All our members have WordPress accounts. Our member management tool is Wild Apricot and that along with WordPress makes up our website. We needed a booking tool to make our virtual office hours program. We need the tool to be able to segment by the membership level of the person using it.
After a long search, we chose Bookly. We have been trying to make Bookly work for many months. It keeps forgetting it’s codes and breaking, with no permanent solution. We need a tool to integrate users into WordPress. Any ideas for tools? Thank you!
