If you want to purchase and use your own themes, you either have to upgrade your wordpress .com plan, or move to a managed wordpress host (like Cloudways).

1 – You need to get yourself some hosting
2 – Point your domain (nameservers) to your hosting
3 – Download WordPress from wordpress.org
4 – Upload & Install WordPress on your server
5 – Upload your theme & install it’s plugins
6 – Import demo/dummy data
7 – Start Editing and customizing to your needs
If you can’t do all these, there’s a lot of youtube videos.. It seems to be a lots of stuff, but you can make it in around 15 – 20 minutes ( From Point 3 to 6 )
Else, hire a dev ✨
