Has anyone got any experience in a project briefing portal. We’re getting inundated with small projects from multiple clients via email, and looking for a solution to have them submit the design brief through an embedded form, which is easy, however seeking a plugin which would also allow users to save, edit and view all submissions? Would rather they remained on the website, rather than being redirected to other sites. Anything spring to mind? Thanks!

You need a ticketing/support system. The one I personally like is **[SupportCandy]**. Free version will do the job you’re looking for. Even their premium plugins aren’t that expensive and you can always add those costs to your clients, especially since you have multiple, it’ll be like a dollar extra per client.
