Forms Best App for Portal Client

Hi all,

My goal is to send questions once a week via email or via an Forms App good looking like Typeform. I need to know if theres any Software that allows me to create a Client Portal with the Surveys they need to fill and to see the ones that they replied like Form Portal by Filloutl , i cant emmbeed each question in WordPress as there are at least 1000 different surveys depending on the client. They should be able to see all in one place. What do you recommend? Plus if you have experiene on this id be happy to hire someone :).
