Unfortunately, as far as we know, it is not possible to add a custom section or meta boxes in the WooCommerce app.

The closest you could get is to store the invoice data (invoice number, invoice date, invoice URL, etc.) as a field that can be viewed in the “Custom fields” section, the one I highlighted with a red rectangle in the next screenshot:
