Quick questions for any devs building with the salient theme / page builder.
When building in the “backend” editor every time i update a section and want to see the live update of the edit i need to have a 2nd browser window open with the page and refresh the page every time? (x2 with a mobile-sized browser window)
Is this the best workflow for designing in salient? is there an easier way where I don’t have to constantly spam my refresh button to see the changes live on the page? I tried the front-end editor but it wont even commit changes when i hit update on the page and i cant add in any new rows/sections on the front end it just seems broken?
My background is based in Shopify (build this WP site for a friend) in shopifys theme editor i can see my edits happening real-time in front of me and don’t need to constantly refresh the screen.
Wondering if this is normal or if I’m missing something here.
Appreciate any help/tips as it would save me lots of “refresh” time on this build out.
