Can any plugin help me to create this on WordPress

Hi all, there are several news sites that have this premium tag on their website.

I am wondering if there are any plugins available that will allow me to create this on our WordPress site for specific posts on our homepage and in the article.

I have searched and searched but cannot seem to find a plugin to do so. I know that certain WordPress themes do have it but we aren’t willing to change the entire theme.

Maybe there isn’t a plugin to do so. Thanks in advance
