Hi, I have a problem with the counter box on my WordPress website. When I log in wp-admin and preview the website, the counter box works just fine, but when I access the website like everyone else without logging in as an admin, the counter box doesn’t work and stuck at 0. I really don’t understand why and when I google, nothing comes up. I’m using Avada 7.11.2 if that explains something?

Hard to say without seeing the site. Use your browser inspector to see if there are any errors in the console.
