Can CDNS plugins be combined with cache plugins?

DNS services like cloudflare, sometimes have their own plugins or third party plugins, which offer the possibility to connect their CDN with our WordPress.

On the other hand I see cache plugins like “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache” that include the possibility to link CDN services like Cloudflare. My question is, is it possible to combine these plugins?

For example: If I use W3 Total Cache, I would use it for the server cache and I would not activate Cloudflare. For that I would install another plugin which is the official Cloudflare plugin, would it work well?
