Can GiveWP plugin be used headless?

[ad_1]

I don’t have any wordpress experience. Building a new frontend for someone’s wordpress site. Client really wants to keep using GiveWP as they have a paid subscription. Is it possible to use this plugin for a headless site? Am I better off redirecting to the “backend” wordpress site if I need to use this plugin?

  1. If you’re using headless, you’re basically building everything yourself.

  2. Seriously ?

It would take you a minute to know that GiveWP has an API and let me say this in simple terms.

Headless is basically doing everything through the Rest API, SO YES, They can talk to each other because they can both use the API.

  3. If your client wants to keep using GiveWP for donations on their WordPress site, you have options for a headless setup. You can use the GiveWP REST API to integrate its features into your headless frontend. Alternatively, if simplicity is preferred, you can redirect users to the WordPress backend whenever they need to access GiveWP functionalities. Choose the approach based on your client’s needs and preferences for integration and user experience.
