I’ve been updating a company’s website and noticed that some pages that aren’t linked on the website, yet are published, are showing up in Google results. I’ve tried unpublishing them, and they will still appear in search results within a Google search. However, after unpublishing them, they show up as an error page.
Is this one of those things that take time for search engines to catch up? Or is there a different option?
