Hello,
I purchased a template from GPLPlus and have been using it without problems for about 8 months. I recently logged into the backend and got a “invalid license” error. I contacted GPLPlus but they deleted my tickets. I contacted the author and he told me that I was scammed and that the GPLPlus is a front for selling nulled templates. OK, I’m dumb and should have done more research but now I would like to purchase the template. How would I migrate my data to the new template? Or do I validate the license from the nulled template after purchasing from Envato?

Buy the theme from the proper store. Delete the nulled theme folder via ftp and replace it with the newly purchased one. If it’s a Themeforest theme, install the Envato Market plugin so you can continue to receive the theme updates.
