“Dashboard > Plugins > Add New” shows plugins that are in the WordPress.org plugin repository. ). The WordPress.org plugin repository does not include plugins that need to be purchased.
Paid plugin files need to be added (uploaded) since they are not available in the WordPress.org repository. If you have purchased a plugin, please contact the plugin’s support team to request guidance to install the purchased plugin.

There is no single repository for premium plugins or themes. You need to use your favorite search engine to find them. Most paid plugins/themes must be purchased directly from the developer’s website.
