Can someone please give me some jumping off points to research this? I am trying to create a simple ChatGPT prompt generation page that allows form input, then simply formats and displays it below with the given data injected.

The final results will build ChatGpt prompts using the form input. I’m happy to pay for a forms plugin if required once I find something that would work.

The form will look something like this. Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

Then a submit button, the I would like the output just as a styled text paragraph in a output box below, inserting the given form info.
