WPForms – Not sure if emails are being sent… If i upgrade now can I retrieve the entries from the past year?

I’ve setup WPforms free version for the past year and was not sure if the emails were sending. If I upgrade my plugin, will I be able to retrieve the previous entries sent through my forms??bbbb
