Can someone pls tell me how to do my menu

I bought a WordPress then for WordPress.org. It’s one of those Qode Active ones (I’ve linked below). It’s called the Eirwen.

I just can’t understand how to do the shop menu. There’s so many options… am I supposed to pick one only or a few.

I feel like this is so easy yet so confusing. I’ve built tones of Shopify ECOM websites. This will be my first WordPress.
