Can We use, Edit and Distribute WordPress Themes & Plugins without taken tension of licesing of popular marketplaces?

Facts: Facts: Actually I want to buy "Xstore or REhub" theme for an organisation with regular license from Themeforest.net. But this organisation has many arms like Main Organisation Site, and under this structure many sites will be there, like as One for New or Blog, One for Services Business, One for Mercandise, One for Munufacturing, One for Administration and Office works, One for Hospitality & Maintenance, One for Tour & Travels, One for NGO Wing, One for Research & Development wing etc. So I want to use this single theme for all these. Am I right to do this?
