Can we use this plugin to notify users when a ticket status is changed?

Thanks for bringing this up. According to the demo and integration page, WP SMS Pro can currently do the following:

  1. Notify admins when a new ticket is created.
  2. Notify admins when users reply to their tickets.
  3. Notify users when they receive a reply on their tickets.

Your suggestion for SMS notifications upon ticket updates is a great idea. I’ll discuss this with our development team to see if we can add this feature.
