This could be a stupid question, but I couldn’t find the answer online!
My WordPress website has been hacked and is infected with malware.
I have been downloading backups of the malware infected website to my Mac, and may have opened PHP files and SVG files (among other formats) that might include malicious scripts.
Can those malware (assumingly) intended to hack WordPress websites infect Mac OS too?
Has anybody heard of such cases?
