I have been attempting to Connect my WooCommerce Store to Lulu Direct – incessantly getting the Error –
“After multiple attempts, we could not reach your store (fantastic-realities.com). The website returned 404 page not found.”
Attempting to manually provide the API Keys produces –
“We could not connect your store. Please try again later.”
The Site and Store Page certainly exists – and have tested it with a test product. I even switched to an explicitly WooCommerce supporting theme (Astra), and disposed of unused plug-ins to no avail. I have dropped a support ticked with Lulu and have not received any guidance. Last communication was –
“I tried connecting your store and experienced the same issue, and I have escalated this issue to our developers. They are currently investigating.
I will let you know as soon as I receive an update”
That was three days ago with no further response from Lulu.
Any insight at all would be appreciated.
