Has anyone else encountered this error? And more importantly, does anyone have a fix for it?
I have \*some\* iPhone users who cannot open links to my (WordPress + Divi) website in Safari. Clicks from emails and even a site search via Google gives the “cannot decode raw data” error when trying to open the website. It opens fine for them in other browsers like Chrome though.
I have not been able to replicate the issue at all. Every iPhone device I have checked on, including my web hosting support, reports the site opening fine via iOS 17.4.1 + Safari with no issues whatsoever.
Someone suggested an incompatibility with Safari and gzip compression, however disabling gzip did not fix the error.
