Cannot delete a redirect “Bad Data”

Hello,
I need to delete a redirect. The redirect is working…but now I no longer need it or want it and I can neither delet nor edit it.

When I try, I get “

Bad data

There was a problem making a request to your site. This could indicate you provided data that did not match requirements, or that the plugin sent a bad request.

Please review your data and try again.”

At the bottom of the debug info it says:

Error: Invalid redirect (redirect_bulk_failed)
