Cannot edit a WP theme i purchased from Themeforest on Elementor

So I bought this WordPress theme from Themeforest

It says it’s compatible with Elementor.

I downloaded the plugin and demo page

but the problem is not all parts of the demo page can be edited.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Is it because Elementor Pro is required to edit certain parts of this demp page?

Can someone please help because I’m new to WordPress.
