I have tried re-installing WooCommerce and WooPayments multiple times without any success. WooCommerce installs without any hiccups but when I use the integrated WooPayments installer I get the following message:
Could not activate woocommerce-payments plugin, the requested plugin 'woocommerce-payments' could not be activated
I initially set up my bank info with WooPayments a week ago and received an email stating it would take up to 7 days to verify the information. It has been 10 days, so I assume this problem lies somewhere within my end of the code. I have tried disabling all plugins, using a default theme, and checked for any software updates. When I attempt to edit any of the settings from my WordPress admin dashboard, I get the following message:
Error retrieving disputes.
In the payments section of my dashboard, this is what I see:
Account details Rejected
Edit details
Payments:
Disabled
Deposits:
Temporarily suspended (learn more)
In my WooCommerce settings, under the payment tab, the following errors are displayed:
Deposit schedule -
Deposit scheduling is currently unavailable for your store.
Set your payment risk level -
There was an error retrieving your fraud protection settings. Please refresh the page to try again.
When I try to edit any or none of my settings the following error message is displayed:
Error saving settings.
Please let me know if there is anything I am missing, or if there is any more information needed to solve this issue. Thank you very much. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
