I understand you are unable to issue refunds and are getting the error: Error saving action: Database is limited.
This can be due to the growing size of a table in your database.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Yes I have identified the issue. Turns out the database is too big for my host and they put a stop on it. I will try to reduce the size of my database. Thanks.
