Can’t access my staging website offline

[ad_1]

@isabellehatchi I am not sure if I understand you.

Why do you need to be offline to test this plugin? I can see there is a free and a pro version of the plugin you mentioned. Do you want to test the pro version and need to be offline due to license issues?

The only way to be “offline” would be to setup a staging site locally and then pull out the ethernet cable or close the WIFI:-) You can setup a local site by using a tool like Local https://localwp.com/
Then use WP Staging Pro to migrate your data from the live site to this local site.

Another option: Perhaps the developer can send you a time limited test version that you can activate on your WP Staging site?

All the best
René

Hello @isabellehatchi
Log into the staging site, then go to (WP STAGING > Settings) and enable the option “Disable admin authorization”, this will allow you to see the staging site while not logged in, that’s what you want, right?

Thanks,
Alaa
