[JT_Product Table] shortcode isn’t one of ours. We don’t have any insight into how that code works unfortunately or how compatible it is with our wholesale pricing plugin. If there is a problem with their form you’ll need to reach out to them directly.Since you have a 500 error, the thing I can suggest would be to check your PHP error log which should show a PHP notice there to point out whats happening.

Not trying to turn on sales mode or anything, but just as a backup if you find out it’s not compatible, and need a quick solution, then this one is made to be compatible.
