The plugin has a default-enabled feature called “Disable Common Usernames,” which prevents the use of generic usernames like ‘admin’ and that may be causing the issue. If you wish to deactivate this feature, you can do so in the “Login Security” section of the plugin. If you encounter any problems after turning off this option, please submit a Helpdesk request through your SiteGround Client Area Dashboard. Our team will then investigate and provide the necessary assistance.
