Can’t figure out how to move from localwp to cloudways.

I wanted to move from wordpress.com and was recommended moving to localwp to build the site.

Now it’s finished and I want to host it, but cloudways import tool says it can’t import from a local site?

I have tried exporting from the local site manually but can’t figure out how to import the file to cloudways.
