I am having the same issue on my website for over 2 weeks.
I am not getting any email notifications of form submissions. I know that CF7 does not store the submissions but I have the Flamingo plugin that DOES save the submissions (so at least I can get to them eventually).
Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?
I gave up and deleted your Contact 7 form. Found another one that works.
