Can’t find widget for WP-adcenter on MH Magazine theme

I am trying to add some rotating ads to our websites and purchased wp-adcenter to be able to do this (so have the Pro version). I am using MH Magazine wordpress theme.

I can’t get the WP-adcenter widgets to show up on the dashboard. In the WP-adcenter instructions it says to click the ‘add widget’ in the dashboard, ie appearance –>widgets but there is no add widget button.

Any ideas?
