I just started working for a place and we manage our site via wordpress. I’ve tried to login ad admin but a page saying “this has been disabled” comes up. When I try to login directly to the wordpress account it says the password is wrong.
Seeing as wordpress has no phone service and you need to login to the account for chat help, I am a bit stuck.
Any help and advice is appreciated greatly!

Have you add the product?

This seems like your talking about wordpress.com not [worpress.org](https://worpress.org) – Am I right?
With .org installations, you can access the DB of the site and update the password.
