Whenever I attempt to access my website (both from admin’s perspective and as a site visitor) I’m met with this “safari can’t open the page because safari can’t establish a secure connection to the sever” and a similar one on chrome.
How can I fix this?
I have another website on another login that works perfectly well.
It sounds like the TLS/SSL certificate isn’t setup or working properly, and you’re trying to access the site via https.
Make sure your certificate is set up right, many hosts have one click “lets encrypt” certificates available these days, so maybe you just need to do that.
Checking the SSL setup would be my first suggestion.
Try the http:// version of your website. Indeed most probably an SSL isssue
Thanks for all the help :)) I wasn’t at home so maybe the where I accessed it from influenced whether it worked or not. It worked once I got back home 🙂
