Can’t purge homepage cache – not sure if its plugins or servers fault

I can’t seem to find a way to succesfully purge my homepage from cache.

Sometimes the “purge all caches” button seems to do nothing and all pages are still cached – but that can be asily remedied by manually deleting the cache folder from the server. But no matter what I do, the homepage is still displaying the same old version with posts from a few days ago. Even if I change the config for the homepage to shop posts lists instead of static page, nothing changes and I see the same static page as my homepage. (Also tried viewing it in incognito mode, on a different browser, and even on a different computer using different internet connection – same result)

Now, there is some form of cache on the server (and I have no control over it, unfortunately), but according to server admin it’s purged every 10 minutes. (And it has never been a problem before, the weird behavior started 2 days ago – and in those 2 days the content on homepage refreshed once)

Is there some way to check what is keeping the page cached?
