Hey, androidandreas, I suggest clearing your site cache (either plugin or server, if you have a caching mechanism enabled).
I also would recommend flushing your permalinks to see if that addresses the issue: Go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes blue button.

I have taken both steps…unfortunately the menu still dors not display 🙁

Hi Lisa
I have indeed created a custom menu and I can see now that the issue was that I had failed to assign the menu to a page. I have now done so and the issue now appears to be fixed 🙂
btw yes I am running Expound theme. Thanks for pointing out that it is no longer updated – that is useful to know.Time a change, methinks.
