Can’t t create page

I have problem with one website, it’s active for years now, and suddenly can’t t create any more pages, wen i click add page jut get white windows . 10min before that i was created 5 pages with no problem. Already try to change parameter in phpmyadmin(find solution on YouTube ) but didn’t help. , l don’t know what to do next.
